Velovaere Refund Policy
At Velovaere, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our product and want you to feel confident trying it. If you’re not completely satisfied with your first Velovaere experience, we’re happy to offer a refund under the following terms:
First-Time Orders Only
Refunds are available only on your first purchase from Velovaere. If you've placed multiple orders with us, only the first is eligible for a refund.
One Product Per Order
If your first order includes more than one unit, only one item is eligible for a refund. This allows you to try the product risk-free without affecting our ability to serve other customers.
30-Day Refund Window
You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This period begins on the day tracking shows your package was delivered.
No Refunds on Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be for the product only, not for shipping fees.
No Refunds on Taxes
Sales tax, shipping taxes, and other applicable taxes are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please email us at info@velovaere.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Date of delivery
- Written description of the reason for your request
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You do not need to return the product.
If the original payment method is no longer available, the refund will be forfeited.
We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards, the refund will be forfeited.
