Shipping policy
All orders are typically processed either the same business day or the following business day as the order (excluding weekends and holidays). Note that the time to process the order (pick & pack) is different from the shipping time.
You will receive a separate email when your order has shipped.
Most orders have 3-4 business day shipping (orders are shipped from Austin, TX). Select remote/coastal U.S. locations have 5-6 business day shipping. However, orders can take up to 14 days to ship due to natural disasters or high-volume orders due to holidays.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer a flate rate of $4.90 for all domestic orders (Note, this is well below the average typical shipping cost and we pay that difference out of pocket!).
Local delivery
We do not offer local delivery.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
